Meal support without the coordinating.

Meals are one of the easiest ways friends and family can show up after a baby arrives. Organizing those meals should not become another job for you.

Fourth gives people a clear way to help while you decide when, what and how support works for your household.

You choose when. They choose a day. Fourth handles the rest.

  1. 1

    Choose when meals would help

Set your dates, preferred drop-off time and meal preferences.

  2. 2

    Share your meal calendar

Friends and family can see open dates and claim one without creating a Fourth account.

  3. 3

    Let Fourth handle the details

Fourth keeps track of who's bringing what, privately shares your address after someone signs up and sends reminders before their day.

Everything people need to show up well.

Choose exactly when you want help

Set your date range, choose the days that work and turn off anything that doesn't.

Share what works for your family

Add dietary restrictions, allergies, favourite foods and foods you'd rather skip.

Cooking isn't required

Friends and family can cook something or send takeout when delivery is welcome.

Keep your address private

Your street address is only shared after someone commits to a meal.

Avoid duplicate dinners

Everyone can see which days are covered and what's already being brought.

Skip the reminders

Fourth reminds helpers before their day so you don't have to.

Help should feel helpful.

After a baby arrives, people often want to help. The hard part is knowing what to ask for, when to ask for it and how to coordinate everyone.

Meal Support gives the people around you a clear way to step in without giving you another thing to manage.

Questions about Meal Support

What is postpartum meal support?

Postpartum meal support gives friends and family an organized way to provide meals after a baby arrives. Fourth lets you choose the days when meals would help and gives people a simple way to claim a date.

Do my friends and family need a Fourth account?

No. Guests can claim a meal date without creating an account.

Can someone send takeout instead of cooking?

Yes, if you choose to allow takeout and delivery in your Meal Support preferences.

Is my home address public?

No. Your public Meal Support page only shows your general location. Your complete address is shared after someone successfully claims a meal.

Can I choose which days I want meals?

Yes. Choose your date range, preferred days of the week and turn individual dates on or off.

Can people see what others are bringing?

Yes. Covered dates can show the helper's first name and the meal they plan to bring, which helps avoid duplicates.

Can I change my Meal Support after publishing it?

Yes. You can update your dates, preferences, drop-off details and availability from your Fourth account.
